How does your role fit into the business?

can always improve on what we’re doing. I am coming from outside the industry so can look at things with fresh eyes and leverage the intelligence of our people for the benefit of the business and of our customers. I’ll be looking beyond the next five years to see where we are going and what are the risks, so we can future-proof the business as best as possible.

It’s a big company with lots of moving parts, so I’m here as a resource to help tackle the various challenges and identify opportunities across the business to promote sustainable growth.
