Without a doubt, Michael Conway. His philosophy was always to “get on with it and make it work”. That mindset and his confidence in me shaped how I approach challenges. If there was an issue, he trusted me to find a solution before he even knew there was a problem! That belief and freedom to take ownership were invaluable.

I’m a big fan of the original 1980s club music from the likes of Chicago, Detroit and New York. I also have a couple hundred strong trainer collection, some from the 1970s – a passion I share with the actor Stephen Graham I’m told. And finally, denim, especially Japanese denim.
