Today we welcomed a new addition to the City Corporation’s fleet of vehicles. FM Conway Ltd’s new Vok XL cargo cycle is now out and about on the City of London’s streets, offering an emission-free alternative to using vans. The four-wheel quadracycle has a 2000 litre space for up to 200kg of weight, which will enable our teams to transport more equipment and materials in an eco-friendly and convenient way, whilst fully compliant with UK cycle lanes. You may have already seen some of FM Conway’s standard cargo bikes working in the City, and this latest addition allows us to transport larger pieces of equipment, ultimately replacing the capacity of a small van and helping both the City and FM Conway towards their shared net zero goals. #cargobike #cleanair #cycling
