Speak Out is our app that highlights FM Conway’s commitment to provide a safe and confidential method for employees, and those we do business with, to raise concerns and to report breaches of our standards or processes. Speak Out is there to contribute towards making where you work safe, ethical and an all-encompassing environment, free from bullying, thieving or any form of discriminatory behaviour. So, if you have concerns, please report it. You can do so anonymously and without fear of recrimination.

If you have a great idea, tell us about it. We welcome and encourage suggestions that may help us to improve the business and pay £25 for the very best ones. In some cases there is the possibilty of a payment of up to £5,000, if the idea delivers a significant and measureable benefit to the business.
