SITE SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS

At Reading Asphalt Plant improvements to the site entrance are being installed. These include a safer pedestrian access route, access road upgrades to help with vehicle queuing, and a new camera system to improve the site team’s visibility of the whole site. At Aldershot Asphalt Plant, following a detailed review of procedures, new site safety instructions have been issued to all Aldershot customers. These new leaflets and site plans will soon be accompanied featuring voiceovers in several languages to help all customers understand the rules clearly. Aldershot has also installed new lighting to help improve visibility during the dark winter mornings.
