Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is any form of maintenance scheduled to prolong the life of assets, whether it is planned, scheduled or routine.

At FM Conway we offer maintenance primarily of the footway and highway, which includes:

• Inspections and testing • Safety survey

These are undertaken at regular intervals with an agreed schedule signed off by our client and carried out by specially trained engineers, in order to prevent the potential for breakdown and ensure the footway and highway are operational and safe.
