For those of you who identified a wish to develop or hone your leadership skills at your recent appraisal, now is the opportunity to speak to your manager about your aspirations and seek their support with your application. The deadline for applications for cohort one has now closed, however if you wish to enter the Great Leaders Programme you can find further details of when to apply, as well as details of what is available for each Great Leaders Programme pathway on the Conway Connect Learning & Development page, or by speaking to your Manager or HR Business Partner.

In the last employee engagement survey, you highlighted the fact that some of you would like the opportunity to increase your leadership skills and become the next generation of front runners; this ambition, combined with our plans to further support our existing leaders who have had to navigate a changing and challenging environment throughout the pandemic, has led to the launch of the FM Conway Great Leaders Programme which we have been inviting interested candidates to apply for.
