EQUALITY DIVERSITY & INCLUSION (EDI) FORUMS
FM Conway is committed to providing an inclusive organisational culture that allows everyone to do their best, and be their best. Our aim is to ensure that every opportunity is available to every person across the communities that we serve and beyond, and to do this we are committed to engaging across the widest demographic that affords our people the space and confidence to develop to their full potential. We are committed to ensuring that everyone in our diverse and ever-changing society is understood and highly valued; it is our duty to create equal opportunities and work to eliminate inequality in our business, and society. To support this, we are holding regular EDI forums to engage with people across our business and listen to ideas and feedback for each workstream of our EDI strategy, All Great People .

Together we can help to nurture an organisational culture where people working and engaging with us feel respected and comfortable being themselves.
