My Dream is Michael Conway’s personal initiative, designed to provide financial assistance for you and your families. Michael handles each of the requests personally and confidentially, so if you are looking for that extra bit of support to help you achieve a dream of yours or you just need that bit of assistance to make a difference in your life, no matter how big or small, Michael wants to be there for you. Water and Drainage Management’s Mark Stapley was a recent deserving recipient of My Dream and had his driveway reconstructed to enable easier wheelchair access for his wife. With My Dream, we are able to help our colleagues like Mark and provide such a meaningful impact on their lives, and we are delighted to announce that we have now awarded a further three My Dream requests to our colleagues. We will share their stories with you in the coming months.
