JOIN OUR EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT GROUP

As a member of the Employee Engagement Group, you will:

• Be open minded and resilient • Share business information via relevant methods at your FM Conway location • Keep two-way communication flowing between colleagues and the business • Proactively seek views and feedback from employees in your area of the business • Actively participate in the Employee Engagement Group meetings

We are now looking for employee representatives from all levels and areas of the business to join our Employee Engagement Group to help us take the next steps. The group will meet quarterly with HR Director, Liz Garvey, to discuss the Have Your Say survey results and agree actions based on the survey responses.
