VOLUNTEERING POLICY – COMING SOON!

As a family business, our values of Care, Innovation, Integrity, and Excellence underpin all that we do, and we are committed to making meaningful contributions to the communities where we work and live. We recognise the positive contribution that volunteering has and would like to support our employees to engage in volunteering schemes and opportunities, so we are working on introducing a volunteering policy. This gives employees the opportunity to get involved in any company sponsored volunteering programmes, or to make personal volunteering applications. We welcome suggestions from employees for volunteering projects with charities or other bodies where volunteer work is available. If you have any suggestions or wish to get involved in some volunteering opportunities, please contact HR@fmconway.co.uk .
