CREATING AN INCLUSIVE WORKPLACE
FM Conway is committed to putting people first and establishing an environment that allows everyone to do their best, whilst also maintaining an inclusive organisational culture through our own workforce, clients, suppliers and the communities we serve. If you share our passion about equal opportunity within FM Conway and have a particular topic to discuss around equality, diversity & inclusion (EDI), then you may wish to join one of our EDI Forums to help us continue to make a difference. Our EDI forums were created to give employees and stakeholders an opportunity to contribute to developing our inclusive workplace and to discuss important societal issues around diversity. The forums are designed to provide a “safe space” environment, where ideas can be communicated and voices listened to freely, with the aim to inform, educate and engage across all levels of the business in order to drive positive change throughout and beyond.
This can include topics such as ethnic minority groups, those with disabilities, women, LGBTQIA+, generational differences, veterans, and much more. If you are interested in joining an existing forum, or starting one of your own, please contact our Head of EDI, Ella Cole: ella.cole@fmconway.co.uk
We will soon be relaunching our
Disability Forum and introducing a new Veterans/Service Leavers Forum:
