S U The Sustainability Fund is a new incentive to support sustainable innovation within our business in which you can share your ideas on solutions that you have identified to help promote sustainability. Any employees within the business can put forward an idea and their submission will be assessed by the Sustainability panel. If your idea proves successful and subject to certain conditions being met, your contribution will be recognised by the business and you could be rewarded with a tax-free payment up to the value of £1,000. Please be advised that Directors will not be rewarded for any suggestions made under the above employee suggestion scheme.

Ideas can be anything related to sustainability which may contribute to the following:

Enhanced bio-diversity at our sites

„ Improved fuel or energy usage in our vehicles, plant or facilities „ Increased re-use of materials or use of more sustainable products and materials „ Increased re-use of water and/or reduction of mains water consumption „ Reduction in waste and/or use of single use plastics
