Don’t forget that you can recognise

the great work of your colleagues and share it

with the business by using the Rewarding Great People portal’s Recognition function. The Recognition function, which can be found under the ‘Recognition’ tab, is an open forum for you to thank those colleagues who may have helped you on a particular project, have gone above and beyond expectations, or are simply there when you need them. We understand the importance of sharing those stories that demonstrate our core values of Care, Innovation, Excellence and Integrity at FM Conway.
