Each month our Aggregates and Asphalt (A&A) team has been doing their bit for charity by making a conscious effort to fundraise for different causes on the last Friday of every month. As part of Conway House’s Dress Down Friday policy, the team has been choosing a charity, such as Mind, Cancer Research, or Macmillan, as well as picking a theme or colour that relates to that charity.

Members of the team then wear an item of clothing matching the theme and everyone who takes part donates £2, with all of the money being donated to the charity of choice. As a result of this initiative, the team has now raised an incredible £1,000 for various different charities in the past year!
