WELLBEING

Our apprentice programme provides opportunities for people to join our business and earn whilst they learn in a diverse range of occupations, from highways maintenance operatives to people studying for civil engineering degree apprenticeships. We are delighted to support people entering a career in the construction sector, and particularly with FM Conway. Our business recognises that by promoting apprenticeship opportunities we are addressing the skills shortages in our sector, as well as attracting diverse talent from our local communities, increasing wealth and prosperity for everyone. We have a programme of careers days, placements and recruitment events throughout the year, where people can find out about the opportunities we have to offer. Alternatively, they can contact us at: talent@fmconway.co.uk . CREATING LOCAL OPPORTUNITIES
