Notice period
Redundancy We are committed to managing the business effectively and economically to provide a stable working environment for employees. In the unfortunate circumstances that redundancies need to be considered, we will manage the process sympathetically, in accordance with statutory obligations, and supportively We will ensure a fair and consistent process is applied in the selection of employees for redundancy and will consult to find and explore alternatives and suggestions to reduce any job losses. Any employees selected for redundancy will have the right to appeal against the decision. Restrictive covenant Where there is a restrictive covenant in your contract of employment, please remember that this continues for a period after you have left FM Conway. If you are unclear about your obligations, please speak to us. Holiday pay on termination On termination of employment, colleagues shall be entitled to receive a payment representing holiday accrued, but as yet untaken. If you have taken more than your holiday entitlement when you leave, a sum representing the amount of additional holiday will be deducted from your final salary. Final salary/P45 When you finally come to say goodbye, your final salary will be paid at the usual time taking into account any adjustments. Your P45 will be prepared at the same time and will be sent to you electronically.

If you do, please provide your line manager with as much notice as possible, in writing. The minimum amount of notice that you are required to give can be found in your contract of employment When you leave you must return all company property; plant, small tools, documentation, records, client lists, client/prospect database information, memory sticks, tapes or other software media that may be in your possession.
Those with a company vehicle must return it on their last working day, cleaned inside and out.
Exit interview When leaving FM Conway the HR team will email you a link to an exit interview survey, please take the time to complete it - we really value your feedback and want to hear about your experience so that we can make improvements for the benefit of all current and future colleagues. References Financial institutions, Landlords and prospective employers may request a reference from us, which the HR team will be happy to provide. We are committed to providing information that is true, accurate, fair and non- discriminatory. References on the Company’s behalf cannot be given by any other employee or department. Retirement We will support anyone of or approaching retirement age. Individual plans will be developed to meet each person’s needs, which may include a phased reduction in working hours, financial planning assistance and lifestyle guidance.
