“Vicky told me I had to speak to my management team and let them know what was going on, and with that Michael Conway MBE was informed by our Head of Department, Paul Cerexhe. “Michael reached out and came to see me to let me know I was not alone, and that the business would be there for me whatever the results were. I was blown away by this and the support was there from day one, and it still is, with Daniel Conway and Mark Sydenham who are there should I need them. “FM Conway is constantly promoting support through the Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA) and Employee Assistance Programme.
