At FM Conway, we are proud to have been awarded ‘Gold’ accreditation in the annual employer audits of the 5% Club. THE GOLD STANDARD The 5% Club is a dynamic movement of employers committed to increasing the number, quality, and range of earn and learn opportunities across the UK, with FM Conway proudly joining its ranks earlier this year. The 5% Club aspires to achieve 5% of their workforce in earn and learn positions (including apprentices, sponsored students and graduates on formalised training schemes) within five years of joining.

2023/24

From 180 members, FM Conway is now one of 120 employers who met the Gold Standard, and we are proud to not only be a part of this collective, but to demonstrate our significant commitment to nurturing the careers of professionals across our industry. We will now be exploring our future plans to ensure we achieve Platinum and represent the very best of our industry!
