What our communities and customers think about our work and our people is immensely important to us. To reflect this, we share a few examples of the feedback we receive in every edition of our Construct magazine. It’s great that our people know their efforts are appreciated, and understanding the impact of our efforts inspires us to do even more! As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, all feedback received from our customers, clients and partners is documented in our Customer Relationship Management System.
