WHERE NEXT?

Social Value FM Conway has always taken a ‘continuous improvement’ approach to all that we do, including our social value impact. Our greatest impact is on our employees, and they remain the heartbeat of our organisation. Guided by our core values, we want working at FM Conway to enhance our people’s lives. We look to achieve this through a broad range of initiatives, including a commitment to training, which helps maximise job performance and job satisfaction, looking after our people’s physical and mental health, and providing an inclusive and diverse workplace. Our recently updated EDI Strategy, taking the company through to 2030, is a key document for outlining our plans and aspirations. Environmental Leadership Our Carbon Reduction Plan provides a detailed and credible plan to achieve our net zero targets. We are proud to uphold our long tradition of leading environmental innovation and commitment. Our approach will continue to engage our people, our customers and our suppliers. Through this collaborative approach, we are confident we will remain at the forefront of innovation and performance in delivering and maintaining sustainable UK infrastructure. Community Engagement Deeply rooted in our communities, we will continue to find new ways in which we can support those facing disadvantages and challenges, primarily through supporting some of the organisations which do such outstanding work in our communities. The work of the Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) in supporting our veteran community, Street Soccer in helping disadvantaged young people find a focus and pathway forward, and The Lighthouse Club in supporting those facing challenges in the construction industry, are just three examples of longstanding partnerships in which we take great pride. Underpinning everything we do will be a commitment to delivering excellence in all aspects of our work, our communities and our environment.
